The Transformers: 100 Days, 7 Journeys, One Goal

Seven determined individuals have stepped forward to take on the Astymin 100-Day Fitness Challenge.
Over the next three months, these “Transformers” will push past their limits through structured workouts, disciplined nutrition, and powerful lifestyle changes. Their journey will not just be about weight lost or muscle gained, it will be about consistency, resilience, and proving what’s possible when commitment meets opportunity to transform their bodies, their health, and their mindset in just 100 days.
From the gym to the streets, from everyday setbacks to small victories, you’ll witness their highs and lows. You’ll see the sweat, the grit, and the moments that define transformation.

Follow their journey. Celebrate their milestones. Get inspired to begin your own transformation.

Patricia — “Curves with Control”

Meet Patricia. At 28, she’s 84 kilos and stands 5’6 — a strong mesomorphic endomorph with powerful curves.
But behind the confidence is a craving for all things sweet, salty and deep-fried. Junk food has ruled her routine, and now she’s ready to take back control.
Her mission: keep the curves she loves, but melt away the stubborn fat around her stomach and arms.
This journey starts with power moves like squats, presses, and lunges — plus a major shift from carb-heavy snacking to lean protein meals that fuel and sculpt her figure.
This is Patricia’s 100-day transformation.

BJ — “The Human Highlight”

BJ is 24, 5’5 and 68 kilos of raw potential.
A natural mesomorph and basketball fanatic, he moves fast — but he wants to move higher.
His goal: pack on muscle mass and boost his explosive power to dominate the court.
Expect strength supersets, vertical jump training, and a clean calorie surplus of lean proteins, complex carbs and recovery fuel.
BJ is going from quick… to unstoppable.

Elvis — “The Cut King”

Meet Elvis — 29, 5’10 and 95 kilos of power wrapped in a soft layer.
He’s strong but wants definition — shredded shoulders, cut arms, and visible abs.
But first, he must break free from binge eating and his hatred for cardio.
Sprint intervals and strict meal timing will be his new rhythm, with lean proteins replacing late-night binges.
By Day 100, Elvis will be built… and carved.

Azeez — “The Power Sprinter”

Azeez is 38, 5’5 and 90 kilos — built like a tank, but ready to move like a rocket.
He dominates the basketball court but carries stubborn belly fat and wants to fly higher.
His transformation hinges on sprints, explosive training, and trimming carbs while feeding on protein.
Azeez is trading weight for lift — and gravity won’t see it coming.

Eniola — “The Builder”

Eniola is 28, 5’7 and 63 kilos — slim, fast and athletic.
She’s the team’s ecto-mesomorph, chasing a 7–10 kilo gain of lean functional muscle.
To grow, she’ll lift heavy, rest smart, and eat like a machine.
Expect progressive overload, hypertrophy sets, and a steady calorie surplus packed with protein.
By Day 100, Eniola won’t just be fit… she’ll be formidable.

About the Campaign

The Astymin 100 Days Fitness Challenge is more than just a personal transformation journey for our seven Transformers. It’s a movement designed to inspire everyday people across Nigeria to embrace healthier choices and discover the strength within.

Throughout the 100 days, the Transformers will not only train, eat better, and push themselves toward their personal goals,  they will also step out of the gym and into the streets.

We’ll be taking the campaign directly to the people with:

  • Vox Pops: Honest conversations with everyday Nigerians about health, fitness, and the challenges of staying consistent.

  • Street Challenges: Fun, high-energy contests where the public can test their strength, endurance, and skills alongside our Transformers.
